Where else can you spend 60 to 90-min talking about yourself?

Whether dealing with individual struggles or relationship challenges, therapy can help you to uncover what is at the core of your troubles in a warm and inviting environment.  It is my belief that people are always trying the best they can with the tools they have.  By providing new tools to help navigate challenging emotions, along with questions and insight designed to bring in new possibilities of thoughts, I will help you to reach your goals and gain the insight and understanding needed to improve your relationship with yourself and others.
